I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
1. Seasonal car parks between 10am and 5pm daily, between Good Friday and the end of October. The charges are:
•    up to 1 hour £1.00
•    up to 2 hours £2.00
•    over 2 hours £4.00

2. No changes planned
