Potentially dangerous cladding - Find a freedom of information request

Request

I am writing to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. How many buildings within the area that you cover were identified following Grenfell as having potentially dangerous cladding?

2. How many of those still have the potentially dangerous cladding identified?

3. Can you provide a list of the buildings still affected?

4. Is anything in place to monitor these buildings?

Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. The high-rise residential buildings, previously identified as having combustible materials in the External Wall Systems, are:

· Brayford Quays

· Danesgate House

· Junxion

· One the Brayford

· Park Court

· Pavilions

· Sharpes Warehouse

· The Gateway

· Whittons Mill

· Witham Wharf

2. Out of these, 8 buildings still have combustible materials in the External Wall System.

None of these buildings have Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) as a cladding material.

There are some buildings with plans in place to remediate the combustible materials in the External Wall System, whilst others have completed Fire Risk Appraisals of External Wall Systems and Fire Risk Assessments and found the risk to be tolerable and not require remediation of the External Wall System

3.

. Brayford Quays

· Junxion

· One the Brayford

· Park Court

· Pavilions

· Sharpes Warehouse

· Whittons Mill

· Witham Wharf

4. Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is actively working with all building owners to ensure safety measures are in place, the identified risks are being managed, and they are planning and working towards remediation where this is required.
