ScholarPack licences in maintained schools - Find a freedom of information request

A significant number of maintained schools in your borough use ScholarPack (an MIS system for schools). Can you tell me if:

1. the licence for ScholarPack is with individual schools, or is there a central contract with the local authority?

2. If the contract is with the local authority, can you tell me when it expires or is due for renewal?
