1) To assist me with my investigations, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require

a) copies of the highway and footway inspection records

b) together with all opening/closing notices

c) defect notices

d) records of complaints for 24 months prior to 08 August 2024.

2) Please also provide a copy of the first highway inspection after 08 August 2024.

The location for our request is 15 CROWN DRIVE, SPALDING PE11 2HT.

3) Please also confirm the frequency of the footway inspections.
