1. A named list (with each individual site address) of the pharmacies commissioned to provide needle and syringe programmes in your local authority.

2. We would also like to be able to share the findings of our work with relevant colleagues, so we would be grateful if you could provide an email contact for the office responsible for commissioning NSP.

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not keep a real time track of current pharmacies from a commissioning perspective, that information would sit with the commissioned provider.
