1) I would like to know how many of the care team dealing with payments and finances and assessments work from home.

1. Due to the nature of Lincolnshire County Council's (LCC's) current smarter working approach and the flexibility that brings, along with the number of sites at which employees can work, LCC do not record this information and are not able to give a precise figure on the number of employees who are currently working from home either full time or part time.

LCC’s smarter working approach is to provide employees with options to allow a flexible approach to work most suitable for the task. Employees can divide their time between:

• Their traditional work base or campus

• Home

• Out in the Community
