Free Transport Policy Market Raisen - Find a freedom of information request

Q1) I want to know whether Market Rasen falls within the free transport policy for Caistor or Louth grammar schools

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
 Under the terms of the School and College Transport Policy transport is provided to the designated transport area (DTA) school, or a nearer school, if the school is over 3 miles from the home address (or 2 miles for primary schools).  The DTA secondary school for the town of Market Rasen is De Aston School, which is likely to be within walking distance.  There is no DTA grammar school for Market Rasen so transport would not be provided to Caistor Grammar School or Louth King Edward VI Grammar School.
