School's in-year financial outturn - Find a freedom of information request

1.  A list of all LA-maintained schools in the local authority area and the following information for 2023/24:

a.  the type of school (nursery, primary, secondary, PRU, special etc)

b.  each school's unique reference number (URN)

c.  each school's in-year financial outturn - i.e. the surplus or deficit the school recorded on its revenue budget in 2023/24

d.  each school's cumulative outturn balance at the end of 2023/24 (i.e. factoring in previous years)

2.  A list of all LA-maintained schools in the local authority area and the following information for 2024/25:

a.  The type of school (nursery, primary, secondary, PRU, special etc)

b.  Each school's unique reference number (URN)

c.   Each school's in-year financial outturn - i.e. the surplus or deficit the school recorded on its revenue budget in 2024/25 (please use the most up to date figures available)

d.  Each school's cumulative outturn balance at the end of 2024/25 (i.e. factoring in previous years) (please use the most up to date figures available)

3.  A list of all LA-maintained schools in the local authority area and the following information for 2025/26:

a.  The type of school (nursery, primary, secondary, PRU, special etc)

b.  Each school's unique reference number (URN)

c.  The forecast in-year financial outturn (as defined in question 1c) for 2025/26 for each LA-maintained school in the local authority area

d.   The forecast cumulative outturn balance (as defined in question 1d) for the end of 2025/26 for each LA-maintained school in the local authority area

4) Please highlight any schools that have shut down or academised during the three-year timeframe covered by questions

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The following schools converted to an academy during 2023/24 and their information is therefore not included
