Regarding the Dementia Strategy (final draft) provided to you by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), could you please provide the following information:
a) on what date did you receive this document from LPFT,
b) what are the "governance processes" that LCC are currently going through with this document,
c) if the document will be considered by a committee or sub-commiittee of LCC, which committee or subcommittee(s) will be involved and are there any planned dates for meetings of these bodies decided yet,
d) what public involvement in these processes will LCC be arranging?
e) when does LCC expect to have completed these "governance processes"? - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
a) dementia strategy was first presented to Lincolnshire Direct Leadership Team in February 2025.
b) The document is currently progressing through internal governance processes, including review and consideration by the strategic Directorate Leadership Team. It is expected to be next presented 9th June 2025.
c) If approved by the Strategic Directorate leadership team, the document will proceed to the Health and Wellbeing Board and subsequently to the Scrutiny Committee for further consideration and formal approval.
d)There is no public involvement in these processes. The Dementia strategy was co-produced with people with lived experience and carers it is intended to support.
e) Lincolnshire County Council expect to complete the governance processes in due course, pending progression through the required approval stages. - Reference number
