I can confirm that some of the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) .
Q1) 48 including schools and Corporate Properties.
Q2) Varies, at least 1 but some have up to 4.
Q3) LCC do not hold all this information.
Q4) Information not known from schools as they manage their own but none have been used over the last 12 months elsewhere.
Q5) LCC do not hold exact information for schools as they maintain their own but pads are replaced at a cost of £200 a set each year.
Q6) 5 are accessible but the majority are in schools or office accommodation which are secured out of hours.
Q7) All are checked regularly.
