The section of Crowtree Lane between the junction of Edward Street and Irish Hill, Louth defects

Please provide full details (electronically) of:

1. All records created and closed between 1st January 2020 to 20th April 2025 regarding highway damage, highway defects and highway concerns raised regarding Crowtree Lane, Louth.

2. Records are to include those raised by the yourselves, the public and other agencies.

3. Records are to include the initial reports and any photographic evidence and/or reports provided by the reporting person/agency.

4. Records of any works completed, to include photographic evidence specifically obtained by the local authority showing the before and after works being completed.

5. Details of any compensation claims made for damage and or injury caused, as a result of damage, defects or concerns raised regarding the highway at Crowtree Lane, Louth.
