Manthorpe Chase, Belton Lane Grantham - Find a freedom of information request

I'm considering purchasing a property on Manthorpe Chase, Belton Lane Grantham. I think the nearest primary schools for admission purposes are Cliffdale, Gonerby Hill Foot and Belton Lane Community. 

At present there are no safe walking routes to these schools. 

I am therefore asking:
 
1) Are there any plans to construct a safe walking route?
 
2) If not will my child be entitled to free school transport

I can confirm that some of the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council.

1) Yes, a path is proposed to be built by the developer to connect to Rosedale Drive. The planning application number is S25/0262, further information can be obtained from SKDC planning department. https://selfservice.southkesteven.gov.uk/
