Proposed 40 mph Speed Limits

Item 19 Sturton by Stow B1241 - Proposed 40 mph speed limits

With regards to the above item that was discussed at the September 2020 Planning and Regulation meeting,



Q1) I wish to find out whether the proposal for a 40mph speed limit on the the B1241 Sturton by Stow was progressed or has yet to be advertised.

Q2) If the Order has been made, I would be grateful if you could advise me of the date the order was made and provide me with a copy of the made order.

Q3) Additionally, I would like to know in what newspaper this order was advertised and on what date.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

Q1) The order was made operative on 26th April 2021

Q3) It was advertised in the Lincolnshire Echo, 19th November 2020
