Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Inspections are carried out on different dates. The A16 ‘bypass’ is inspected 12 times per year as part of our routine safety and condition inspections. Full details of this process can be found in the Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan. The route is divided into different Asset IDs, which is reflected in the Safety and Highway Record (SHR) submitted in our response. While the inspections may appear to be duplicated, they are in fact recorded under separate Asset IDs, with each entry clearly describing the corresponding section of the route.
