Flood risk reports for Nightingale Crescent LN6 0JR

RE: looking to buy a house in birchwood, the address is nightingale crescent (LN6 0JR). I have seen on the GOV flooding risk reports it is a high risk address. I know these reports are estimations I just wanted some peace of mind.

1) I just wanted to enquire and see any information of past floods at this address or the street.

Notwithstanding this, it cannot definitively confirm or deny whether the location in question has never been affected by flooding as not every instance is reported to the Council. Given the location, it is recommended that you also considers contacting the Environment Agency who may potentially hold additional information regarding historic flooding.
