I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

2) You can find the Council's contracts for Alternative Provision on the ProActis website. Go to ProContract.due-north.com for access to the contracts register. Here, you can export the Contracts Register for Lincolnshire County Council, filter the Department by Children's Commissioning and search for the Alternative Provision providers.

The Council operates an Open Select List for Alternative Provision from the independent sector.

This opened in 2022 and annually thereafter (excluding 2024) - details of the outcome of those Invitations to Tender were published on ProContract.

The only provider who will not be listed on the Contracts Register is Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire (Wellspring Academy Trust) who operate Lincolnshire's AP Academies.
