I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Lincolnshire County Council received a total of three expression of interests with two of these submitting full applications from property owners in Keal Cotes, Spilsby.

2. The two full applications made by property owners from Keal Cotes, Spilsby to Lincolnshire County Council were approved by the authority with one of these proceeding to the end of the grants process.

3. As of the 16th of June 2025, a total of 60 property owners have received the grant payment/associated grant works

4. At the start of the Defra PFR Repair Grant scheme, due to the significant number of applications received and the PFR industry nationally, having a considerable challenge to deliver all flooded property owner and Local Authority PFR requirements across the country (because of Storm Babet and Storm Henk), within the Government timescale, which was before 6 th May 2025.

Therefore, Lincolnshire County Council had to prioritise applications for delivery based on the following criteria assessed by the information provided within the application form:

• Any particular vulnerability of the property occupiers

• Whether any property occupants are over 70 or under 10 years of age

• Whether the property was vacated for 1 or more nights

• Maximum depth of flooding experienced

• Whether the entire habitable ground floor was flooded

• Whether the property is single storey

• Severity of flood impact within the close timescales of both Storm Babet and Storm Henk

• Frequency of previous flooding events at the property

However, following the extension of the scheme’s delivery timescales by Defra, Lincolnshire County Council is now in a position to progress all applications that have been approved by the authority.
