Flood Defences and Flood Alleviation Assets

1) Your registry of assets used for the purpose of flood defences and flood alleviation



2) For each asset, I would like to request information:

a) Its location

b) The Last inspection

c) The authority/team responsible for maintaining or operating it or its owner.

d) I would like the dates whereby each asset was classified as being the responsibility of one party or another.

This information is not currently recorded within our asset register and / or record of information, however, said details may be available and recorded by those relevant risk management authorities, for instance, information relating to main rivers is publicly available through data.gov.uk and as such we would recommend the requestee contacts the relevant organisations directly. Moving forward the information with respect last inspection will be included with our record of information as part of an on-going refresh.

d. The following is not information which we collate as part of our duty under Section 21 of the Flood and Water Management Act and therefore are unable to assist. Lincolnshire County Council would recommend that the requestee contacts the relevant risk management authorities concerned for said information.
