I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1) Please see link to the policy https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/employment-policies/leavetime-off-policy/8 This is the Leave and time off policy - Reservists and volunteers - Lincolnshire County Council
2) LCC will grant volunteer members of the reserve forces two weeks' paid leave of absence to attend annual camp, in addition to their normal annual leave entitlement. If an employee needs further time off as a reservist, they must request annual leave. Alternatively, they may request a mix of flexi-time, annual leave and unpaid leave. In exceptional circumstances, managers may grant a paid leave of absence.
