White Road, North Thoresby

In light of the above and in accordance with my rights under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am formally requesting copies of: 

1) A Full copy of the highway inspection report dated 15/04/2025, which the Council references in its correspondence. This request includes any notes, logs, photographs, or materials produced as part of that inspection, along with a description

of the inspection method used 

2) The repair report(s), work orders, and completion records relating to the defect reported on White Road, North Thoresby, following my claim; 

3) Any follow-up inspection records carried out as part of or following that repair process. 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1-3) Please see attached Site History Report in response to all three points.

Inspection reports are electronic and no actionable defects were identified in this inspection conducted on 15/04/2025.

No photos or materials are produces as part of a routine inspection, unless defects are raised at the time
