Regarding - Procurement process update for hard facilities management services. I understand that the existing contract with VINCI expired in March 2025, and we noted an Expression of Interest was previously published via Constructionline, which we did express an interest.

Q1) Could you kindly confirm whether the procurement process is still ongoing, and if so, when further information or tender opportunities might be made available?

Q2) Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on how best to stay informed of future developments related to this contract.
 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1) The procurement process on the new Facilities Management contract which includes Hard FM was completed in September 2024 when it was awarded. The contract commenced on 1 April 2025 and is an initial five-year contract. 2) Lincolnshire County Council advertises opportunities for suppliers to bid for contracts using our e-tendering portal which is currently ProContract. The portal is the central point of communication and exchange of information between the Council and potential suppliers.
