Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) The successful bidder was Altia Solutions Ltd. This information is publicly available via the published Contract Award Notice on Contracts Finder: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/9f29eede-7c32-4204-a3f1-d66db2a3cd6e

2) The Council applied the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 13 filtering process. While two suppliers were initially reviewed informally, the formal process led to the evaluation of a single supplier through a compliant Direct Award under G-Cloud 13

3) The CCS G-Cloud 13 framework was used to conduct a Direct Award. The process began with a long list of potential suppliers filtered using the G-Cloud portal's criteria to match service needs. This resulted in a shortlist of one supplier – Altia Solutions Ltd – whose service offering met the required specification. Evaluation was based on the supplier’s published service description on the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace

4) The contract was awarded via Direct Award through the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 13 Framework. This framework only permits Direct Awards based on published service descriptions.

5) The contract duration is 3 years fixed, with an optional 1-year extension, in line with the maximum permitted under the G-Cloud 13 framework. The total contract value is £200,000, as published in the Contract Award Notice
