Reform UK Virtual Meetings

Relating to each Reform UK County Councillor:

Q1) Since their election on 1st May 2025, how many virtual meetings with officers has each Reform UK Councillor attended? 

Q2) For Executive and Executive Support Councillors, how many virtual catch-up or introductory meetings has each member attended?  

NB: Introductory meeting - A catch-up / introductory meeting is any meeting between an executive / support member and a senior officer.

Q3) Looking ahead at scheduled diary appointments, how many of each Executive and Executive Support member's meetings with senior officers are currently scheduled to be held virtually? 

Please provide the information broken down by individual Reform UK Councillor.

1.We do not hold the information for all Reform councillors, however for the executive councillors they attended 7 meetings in total, including 4 induction sessions bye Democratic Services, of these, 3 meetings were hybrid

2. Executive = 0 (zero). and for the Deputy Leader it was 10 - via Teams
(including 8 Induction session by Dem Services unable to confirm attendance)
9 in total - Hybrid meetings (in person & via Teams but not Cllr Matthews)
