3rd Party Accounts Payable Forensic Software

I am writing to you to under the freedom of information request Act 2000.

I am requesting answers to the following questions:

1. Does the authority currently use any 3rd party accounts payable forensic software or statement automation tools?

2. What is the annual cost of that service?

3. What is the expected contract expiry date?

4. Job title of the individual/s responsible for the contract?

In the request, I am referring to a solution which your AP team use in tandem with your ERP system, supplied by a third party, to detect and prevent any payment errors/that automates the reconciliation process of statements from your suppliers.

I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. Lincolnshire County Council does not use any 3rd party software relating to forensic software.
