I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1) Lincolnshire County Council operate a Prime Provider model for the delivery of Home Care (domiciliary) services. All contractual information is publicly available. As a local authority, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is required to publish all its contracts over the value of £500.
