Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. £9m per year approx., this incorporates cleaning as well as other FM-related services

2. 5 years, starting 1 April 2025, with option to extend to 10 years maximum

3. This will be considered nearer the date at the discretion of the Council based on Service Provider performance.

5. All property Facilities management services, including soft and hard FM 6. 60% Quality 40% price was the criteria 7. 4 received

9. The contract is based on an amended NEC4 FMC and uses the Performance Table to measure performance. These relate to planned and reactive Hard and Soft FM targets.
