Admissions to Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School for Year 7 entry for the academic years 2020-2025

I am requesting the following information regarding admissions to Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School (KGGS) for Year 7 entry for the academic years 2020-2025:

Part A: Annual Statistics (for each academic year 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025)

1) Total number of candidates who sat the 11+ examination for KGGS entry

2) Number of candidates who achieved the qualifying score (220 or above)

3) Number of places offered at KGGS

4) Number of qualified candidates who were not offered places (i.e., school was oversubscribed)

5) Number of qualified candidates refused places due to distance

Part B: Distance Analysis (for each academic year 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025)For students who were offered places at KGGS:

1) Furthest distance (in miles, measured by straight line) from KGGS of any student offered a place

2) Average distance of all students offered places

Distance breakdown showing:

a) Number of students living 0-5 miles from school

b) Number of students living 5-10 miles from school

c) Number of students living 10-15 miles from school

d) Number of students living 15+ miles from school
