1) The number of former employees at your council who were made redundant and were rehired between 2020 and 2025. To be clear, I am interested in employees who were rehired during that period, not who both left and were rehired during that period.
2) For each employee, please specify:
(i) when they were made redundant;
(ii) what position they were made redundant from;
(iii) what redundancy payment they received;
(iv) when they were rehired;
(v) what position they were rehired into. - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1-2) As a council we have a legal obligation to publish these costs in our annual accounts - the number of redundancies and the amounts paid in redundancy. The figures will not be attributed to specific posts but based on the value of payments made https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/directory-record/61714/statement-of-accounts.
The draft statement of accounts for 2024/25 are published. The council does not formally track staff who have been made redundant and reemployed after the required period of 30 days.
One an employee leaves the council their employee record is closed and they would be opened a new record once employed.
