4. Lincolnshire County Council is the Waste Disposal Authority and are not responsible for waste collection vehicles. This is the responsibility of the Waste Collection Authorities which are:

- Boston Borough Council
- North Kesteven District Council
- South Kesteven District Council
- South Holland District Council
