1) I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information on all Section 38 and Section 278 technical approvals granted from the 1st April 2025 - 30th June 2025.

Below is a list of all Section 38 and Section 278 technical approvals, including data for agreement type, development name, developer, dates of submission and approval. We consider bond values and the identity of the designer to be commercially sensitive and have been withheld. 

All technical approvals have an associated planning approval; more infomation regarding the respective plnning applications can be sought from the Local Planning Authority for the relevant district council area.
