A surface water pipe that is located south of Heighington Millfield Primary Academy

1) I am looking to know the owner of a surface water pipe that is located south of Heighington Millfield Primary Academy (LN4 1RQ). This pipe has a headwall that can be seen from google maps on Mill Stream Road just before the foot bridge. The pipe travels eastward along the southern boundary of the Academy's sports fields, before discharging into the Mill Stream. Please find attached a layout drawing with the location of the pipe.

I can confirm that the information requested is not held by Lincolnshire County Council.

Following review of records, the surface water pipe demarcated on the attached enquiry plan travelling along the southern boundary of Heighington Millfield Primary Academy, is an Anglian Water surface water sewer.
