Titanic Bridge between Spa Street and Waterside South, Lincoln

I would like to enquire about the status of the roadway across the Titanic Bridge between Spa Street and Waterside South in Lincoln. This roadway has been closed for a number of months and I would like to enquire:

1. The reason for the closure.

2. The structure status of the bridge.

3. Estimated dates of the roadway, or access, being reopened (f this is expected).

4. The responsibility for decisions - i.e. who owns the bridge and the roadway.

1. The closure is in place due to defects found on the bridge following an inspection.

2. The bridge is a third party owned bridge and does not carry highway that is maintainable by Lincolnshire County Council.

3. Not known at this point.

4. The bridge is not owned by Lincolnshire County Council and does not carry highway maintainable by Lincolnshire County Council. We are lead to believe ownership or management of this bridge is being handled by London and Scottish Property Investment Management Ltd (LSPIM).
