4) How many extensions are available on the contract

6) What areas of the council are supported by the LMS

7) Who is responsible for the LMS

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

2. The start date of the current contract was 1 April 2025
3. 31 March 2026
4. three periods of up to 12 months (max 36 months in total)
5. Great British Pounds £28,425.00
6. all Director areas incl. LFR
7.   The Head of People is responsible for the contract sign-off, but the procurement process is overseen by the Deputy Head of People and Leadership Development supported by colleagues from the procurement team and the Talent and Learning Manager. The responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and managing of the system sits with the Talent and Learning Team.
