Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information regarding your software contracts:
The name of the software supplier(s) currently used for:
Financial systems (ERP/accounting)
Human Resources / Payroll
The contract start and end dates for each of the above systems.
The annual or total contract value (if available).
The current contract's renewal or extension date, or when you plan to re-tender.
The name and email/contact details of the responsible officer or department for each software area, if available.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. Software for LCC (Lincolnshire County Council) ERP system is Unit4 Business world - used for finance, Payroll, HR and logistics.
LCC are part of a wider Unit4 contract managed by Hoople Ltd for a number of customers and therefore we are unable to provide contract related information.
