Headcount and FTE Percentage of Recourses

As stated below, by single line item by person, so yes, every member of staff, post title, service area and FTE.



1. A report detailing the headcount and FTE percentage of the entire resources directorate, broken down per single line item by person, by job title across all service areas and teams dated 01.04.2024.



2. A report detailing the headcount and FTE percentage of the entire resources directorate, broken down per single line item by person, by job title across all service areas and teams dated 01.04.2025.



3. A report to identify the differences between the output of question 1. against question 2. above i.e. detailing the difference between the two April periods.



4. Where there are differences identified in question 3. to confirm the associated reason(s) for the change (either position increase or decrease) along with all associated salary costs to each position.



5. To confirm changes in head count numbers across the entire resources directorate, month by month between April 2024 to March 2025 inclusive, to be reported by an individual line item per FTE.

4. We are not able to confirm the reasons for every change due to the numbers involved but we believe the changes are due to the normal turnover of staff we would expect to see.
