I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) There is a partnership Child Exploitation strategy which is available on the LSCP (Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Partnership) website and this addresses both Child Criminal Exploitation and Child Sexual Exploitation. There is no standalone gang-related plan/process but such concerns would be referred through, and explored, via our overarching child-exploitation processes.
