a) Are Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) Highways aware of an application for a 800MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on land South of Foxdale NG32 3ND?

b) If so, what has been Highways response to the planning authority?

2. Do Highways agree to the use of A52, King Street NG32 and Mill Lane Oasby for large numbers of construction and maintenance vehicles?

3. Are Highways aware of the quantity, size and weight of construction vehicles?

4. Do LCC consider that the quality and condition of the roads mentioned to be acceptable for construction vehicles?

a. No formal planning application has been made to the Local Planning Authority (LPA) (South Kesteven District Council)

b. LCC, as Highways Authority, were consulted on an Environmental impact assessment (EIA), please see attached response.

2. LCC has not assessed the transport implications of the proposals, due to no enquiry or application being made.

3. LCC has not seen any relevant details in terms of transportation.

4. No assessment to date has been carried out.
