I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. ProContract (ProActis).

2. 31 December 2025.

3. Yes.  We are about to start implementation of a new system (Panacea Software), with a plan to have this fully operational before our existing contract expires (31/12/25).

4. No. The new system was procured through the use of an existing framework.

5. £5,635.00 per annum + VAT.
