RE: Concerning Out of Acute Hospital Commissioned Services. Specifically, we would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

1) The total value of Out of Acute Hospital Commissioned Services commissioned by Lincolnshire ICB or nationally across each Primary Care Network (PCN) footprint within your area, for each year, as outlined in the attached spreadsheet.

2) Details of commissioned services, including but not limited to those relating to mental health, pilot schemes, and community-based initiatives.

3) Where known, the value of services commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council and the Third Sector.

4) If available, the names and brief descriptions of these services or pilot projects, along with their associated annual budgets or contract values.

2-4. All LCC contracts can be found on the Contracts Register which is available at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login. You will need to register to access the Contracts Register but this is free to complete.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
