Supported Living and Residential Services for Individuals with Learning Disabilities

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your local authority's commissioning arrangements for adult social care services, specifically in relation to supported living and residential services for individuals with learning disabilities.



Please could you provide the following information:



Supported Living Framework

1) Is there currently a supported living framework agreement in place for adults with learning disabilities within your local authority?



2) If yes, please provide the start and end dates of the current framework agreement.



3) Is the supported living framework an open framework (DPV/DPS accepting new providers) or a closed framework?



4) Please provide details of the pricing structure and rates associated with this framework.



Residential Framework

5) Is there a residential care framework agreement specifically for adults with learning disabilities?



6) If yes, please confirm the start and end dates of the current residential framework.



7) Is this residential framework an open framework (DPV/DPS accepting new providers) or a closed framework?



8) Please provide details of the pricing structure and rates associated with this framework.



9) Please supply the information in electronic format where possible. If any part of this request is unclear or would benefit from clarification, I would be happy to assist.

1. Lincolnshire County Council currently does not have a framework in place for community supported living services, it has an Open Select List.

2. All contractual information is publicly available. As a local authority, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is required to publish all its contracts over the value of £500. 3. It is a not a framework, it is an open select list which opens periodically for new providers, it is not currently accepting new providers.

4. The pricing for 2025/2026 is available in the Residential Care and Residential Care with Nursing Care Usual Costs report Agenda for Executive on Tuesday, 4th March, 2025, 10.30 am

5. Lincolnshire County Council does not have a residential care framework specifically for adults with learning disabilities.

6. Not applicable.

7. The residential and nursing care framework is open for new providers to join.
