Regarding disabled children's Occupational Therapy (OT) services provided in your area, Lincolnshire. Please could you provide the following information:

A) What was the average waiting time from referral to the Occupational Therapy service to the completion of a comprehensive assessment of a disabled child's needs by an Occupational Therapist?

B) As of the date of this request:

1. How many disabled children are currently waiting for an OT assessment?

2. What is the longest current waiting time from referral to assessment for a disabled child still on the waiting list?

A) Lincolnshire County Council do not have the figures as the reporting systems used have not been set up to extract this data.

1. 57.

2. 52 weeks.
