RE: Enforcement Action outside the Co-op, High Street, Horncastle. Please provide recorded information for the period 1 January 2024 to present relating to parking enforcement outside the Co-op, High Street, Horncastle, including:
1. All parking enforcement records, including Penalty Charge Notices issued in that location.
2. Records of any site visits or patrols by parking enforcement officers.
3. Any reports or complaints logged regarding illegal or obstructive parking in that location.
4. Correspondence between the County Council and:
a) Horncastle Town Council
b) Lincolnshire Police
c) Local businesses (including the Co-op)
concerning parking restrictions, signage, or enforcement in that location - Decision
