Total Number of FOI Requests that were Received

Please inform me of the following information covering the past six years financial tax years plus current, of the following:



1. The total number of FOI requests that were received by Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate

2. The total number of FOI requests that were correctly responded to by Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate within the standard 20 day time frame

3. The total number of FOI requests that were responded to by Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate in excess of the standard 20 day time frame

4. For each of the items identified within question three, the individual breakdown of how many days each item was issued late

5. For each of the items identified within question three, the individual breakdown as to the reason why the information was issued late

6. The total number of FOI requests that were responded to by Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate that were never responded to i.e. where the required data was never issued

7. The number of internal reviews conducted by the Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate that were initiated due to Lincolnshire County Council supplying insufficient information to the requester

8. The average number of calendar and standard working days that Lincolnshire County Council resources directorate took to issue uncontested responses to FOI requests

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. A total of 823 were received for the resources directorate

2. 655 were responded to within the 20 working day timeframe for the resources directorate

3. 128 were responded to in excess of the 20 working day timeframe for the resources directorate

4.

5. A delay in collating and approving release of the data held

6.40 requests were not responded to for requests for the resources directorate  

 
7. 6 Internal reviews were completed for the resources directorate due to insufficient information being sent initially

8. It has taken an average of 17 working days to issue responses to FOI requests, calendar days  are not recorded/considered for FOI requests.
