Referencing previously responded FOI 13066945 RE: The roadway across the Titanic Bridge between Spa Street and Waterside South in Lincoln.

Question 2. The structure status of the bridge - LCC Response: The bridge is a third party owned bridge and does not carry highway that is maintainable by Lincolnshire County Council.



1. Can you let me know who carried out the inspection on the bridge and if this inspection report is in the public domain or how a copy can be accessed. 

1. As Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are not the owner of the structure, LCC have not carried out an inspection on the structure as it is not part of our statutory duty to do so. Any inspection that may have been carried out, may have been done by the owners of the structure or a party on the owner's behalf but LCC are not in possession of this.
