Reports and complaints the council has received about potholes

1) I would like to know how many reports and complaints has the council received about potholes in each of the last twelve months?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The number of public fault reports received - these won't all have resulted in a confirmed pothole.

The number of pothole repair instructions issued - inspected and confirmed as a pothole requiring repair. These result from fault reports made by the public and routine highway inspections.
