1. The number of safeguarding complaints or concerns received by the council that involved children's care homes operated by Keys Group (or its subsidiaries), for each calendar year from 2015 to the present (2025).
2. A breakdown of the nature of the concerns raised (e.g. allegations of neglect, assault, staff shortages, missing from care, etc).
Please include both complaints involving children placed by yourselves and any complaints or concerns the council became aware of, regardless of placing authority.

1-2. The Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) can accurately respond to the request with the information it holds from April 2023, which is when they started to record the operator / business owner as well as the setting.
Prior to that there are recordings against Keys Group, but the data may be misleading as there will be referrals listed without the Keys Group link.
LADO cannot give the breakdown of the concern but can provide the Alleged Harm Category determined by the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO).
