RE: follow up on your road survey undertaken 8 April 2025 of the area

of Main Road, Stainfield concerning our property and the rainwater runoff/flooding issue.


Q1) we request copies of all documents relating to surveys and investigations, to include the survey report, any internal notes and any correspondence between departments regarding this specific issue.



Q2) We are requesting this information to understand the nature of the problem and the authority's conclusions/decisions, to assist with fin

1-2. There has been no formal survey reports or documents in relation to the meeting that took place in April 2025.

Some verbal discussions had taken place on site at the time to discuss the nature of the problem, options and possibilities for assisting with the issue, however discussions are still ongoing and no decision has been made on what can be done to help with the customer's concerns yet.
