Complaints that Have Been Made About Books

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. All questions below apply to the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.



I would like to request the following

1. The number of complaints that have been made about books stocked by the following authors at council-run libraries.


2. For each author stated in Q1, please say which book was complained about and why.



3. For each book, please say what the council and/or the library did in response to the complaint.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1-3. No complaints have been received about the authors mentioned in your request.
