1) Does the Council own the land abutting the north side of Lincoln's Titanic Bridge (over the River Witham and marked as part of Waterside South on some maps (Grid reference for north end of the bridge = 53.2267, -0.5236)
2) Does the Council own the tarmac road between Spa Road and the Titanic Bridge?
3) Does the Council own the green space/river bank between the tarmac of Spa Road and the river, immediately to the west of the bridge?
4) If the answer is 'yes' to any or all of the above, please say where the boundaries are for council owned land in this area? - Decision
