RE: request regarding the Council's procurement organisation structure, as well as details regarding any contracts whereby you are providing procurement / contract management support to external organisations - please see questions below:

1. Do you have an in-house procurement function? 

    a. If yes to '1', please provide details of the procurement structure, including the number of roles, the names of the roles, and whether there are currently any vacant roles.

    b. If no to '1', please provide details of who provides your procurement services, and what does that current arrangement entail (e.g., reactive services supporting on projects / proactively managing the contracts register / advising on procurement strategy etc.) - if 

2. If yes to '1', do you have any contracts with other Organisations whereby you provide procurement or contractual services?

a. If so, please provide details of what organisations you provide services to, and whether you have a formal contract in place with them for this provision.

b. Please provide details of any contract expiry dates.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The Council recognises how its structure of staff can change and has created the generic charts. Publicising our staffing direct contact details can create a diversion of time and resource through unwarranted calls and emails. The Council operates a 'Customer Service Centre' for all contacts and it is expected that they are assigned appropriately using our case management systems.
